Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Delays
Salt & Sundress is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed please contact us at help@saltandsundress.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Salt & Sundress is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking around your property and with neighbors first. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Salt & Sundress is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
